The mirror inside the deep, red-accented, solid wood frame of the Rikyu Mirror is suspended from a cord, and seems to float weightlessly within the recesses of the frame without touching it. Available in three different shapes, in walnut and white oak finishes.

Inspired by the forms and imagery experienced during his travels to Japan, Ted Boerner created the Rikyu collection, whose simple, elegantly proportioned forms embody the gentle ideal of “giving form to the quiet human ritual of home." A celebration of the honest fabrication techniques of handcrafting, the Rikyu collection represents different expressions of "Iki" (style with quiet flair), "Ma" (space or time between things) and "Takumi" (craftsmanship). Each original piece is unique in spirit, yet all work together to delight the eye, engage the imagination, and comfort the body.

Lead Time:

All products are fabricated at factory in Japan and ready to ship from So. San Francisco, CA in 10-12 weeks. Delivery time in the U.S. is vary per destination. Delivery status is provided with tracking# when the merchandise are shipped from the warehouse in So. San Francisco.

Delivery:

Delivery cost in the continent 48 states in the United States is free. Freight cost to Alaska and Hawaii will be determined when orders are received. We don't ship outside the United States. All tables, large case goods, beds and sofas are shipped "White Glove Service" (Installation and assembly included) except Alaska and Hawaii. Small items such as mirrors and nightstands are shipped by Federal Express or UPS.
